Maadhu Miniature is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives and drive revenue growth across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client acquisition to proposal submission, negotiation, and successful deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve business objectives.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
3–5 years of proven sales experience within the UAE market.
Valid UAE Driving Licence (Mandatory).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to independently generate leads, prepare proposals, conduct meetings, and close deals.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Available for immediate joining.
